Helpful staff and great location!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially thanks to the lovely and helpful employees. The location was convenient, being close to The Winter Gardens and several excellent dining options. I did wish that the shower was fixed after I reported it. it was a small inconvenience but didn’t overshadow the enjoyable experience.

Clean bedsheets and towels made for a decent starting point to the stay. The price was also reasonable regarding the overall cost for the stay, making it feel like less of a hit to the wallet.
The entry door to the room required a solid push to open, which can be a bit of a nuisance after a long journey. The shower felt cramped, especially for someone tall like me. a bit more room would have been ideal. Paper-thin walls meant that I could hear every word coming from next door, making relaxation a challenge. The TV issue at 6 PM left a fair amount of disappointment, especially when options were limited and the alternative hotel room was quite small and cold. Plus, good luck finding your way without signs indicating where to check in. clarity on that would go a long way.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which was a big plus. The room was simple but clean and nicely decorated. I felt right at home. Location was perfect, especially since we were in town for a festival. Just a tad disappointed with the family suite setup. the bunk beds we were excited about weren’t there, just double beds instead. But overall, pretty solid stay!

lovely room, excellent heating, convenient location
Key collection process was incredibly inefficient!!! Basic bathroom facilities need serious attention to detail, like flushing the toilet before guests arrive!!! More proficient staff could enhance the experience!!!

The vegetarian delights around here are top-notch! I loved the homely vibe at Rovers Return Cafe, and the veggie breakfast was a game-changer. Our stay was ace. clean room and friendly staff made it a joy. Can't wait for next year!

I enjoyed the clean, cozy room with a comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure, making morning routines refreshing. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, which made me feel at home. the bathroom lacked basic amenities like mats and toiletries. I also noticed the temperature in the shower fluctuating, which was a bit annoying. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions and the beach, but the noise from the nearby streets was disruptive at night. Minor issues aside, I appreciated the overall vibe of the place.

gotta say, the location was amazin'! just a short walk to coral island n all the excitement. staff were super helpful n even called me on arrival day to check in. the family suite was good for us, having separate rooms was perfect. really liked the comfy beds and the clean decor.
but we had a big issue with our room bein' flooded from upstairs, and the new suite we got was smaller than what we booked. also, the bathroom could use a bit more space for showering.

I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy coffee bar during my stay. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, noise from other guests was a bit bothersome at night, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The prime location makes it super easy to hit the seafront or check out local attractions in no time. The cozy vibe of the room adds a nice touch for quick stays.
Room size left a lot to be desired. it's tight, and I kept tripping on the bed just trying to navigate the space. The communal toilet nearby became quite a nuisance during a party, doors slamming made for a restless night, and the lack of ventilation on warm nights with noisy seagulls outside really made for an uncomfortable stay. A fan or a better soundproofing would do wonders. Plus, the morning disturbances from upstairs felt like a circus act. that's not the wake-up call anyone wants.

Perfect for families!
We loved our stay! The walk to the house was nice, and it smelled great! Super clean lobby too. The room was cozy, but a bit small for us. No view, just a back alley. The tea and coffee setup was a nice touch, though. Great location for anyone not keen on too much walking.

Recommend for a short staycation
Helpful staff, clean room, the girl on reception provided assistance with my mobility scooter and our bags, and everything was spotless in the on-suite which made for a comfortable experience.
Nothing to improve on.
